New wooden house on the outskirts of Padua

We are in the core of this dwelling: a room dedicated to well-being, a modern and elegant environment designed for relaxation and body care. The room integrates a heated indoor pool pool, a sauna, a Turkish bath and an emotional shower, as requested by the clients we recreated their personal oasis of comfort.

The floor is covered with a porcelain stoneware with porphyry effect, chosen for its resistance and for the bush-hammered surface. This material, with its dark finish gives a sophisticated appearance to the room and also extends inside the pool, creating visual continuity and a harmonious effect.

On the back wall you can notice the 3 dark glass doors that lead respectively to the sauna, to the Turkish bath and to the emotional shower, all with a soft internal lighting that invites to relaxation.

The sauna, visible on the right, has a warm and welcoming appearance with the light wood that contrasts with the dark glass of the door. In the center, the Turkish bath is characterized by a more mysterious atmosphere, with small green lights that suggest a unique sensory experience. The emotional shower completes the wellness offer with water jets and plays of light that stimulate the senses.

A wall radiator, with a modern and linear design, adds functionality and thermal comfort to the environment. The large windows that surround the room allow natural light to enter, offering a view of the outside and creating a dialogue between the internal space and the external one.
A room that represents a perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality, with the porcelain stoneware that unifies the environment and enhances every element, from the pool to the sauna.

Designed in a reduced space, this compact sauna demonstrates that it is not necessary to have large environments to enjoy the benefits of a private sauna. With its essential and modern design, it fits harmoniously into the room, occupying a portion of the wall without being bulky.

It has two seats, making it ideal for an intimate and shared experience, perfect for the couple. The interior is covered in light wood, a classic material for saunas that not only gives a warm and welcoming appearance, but also contributes to creating a natural and relaxing atmosphere, and the reduced dimensions do not compromise comfort: the two seats are well proportioned, with ergonomic benches that allow to sit or lie down comfortably.

The sauna is equipped with an efficient heating system, which quickly reaches the desired temperature, and with a soft lighting that amplifies the sensory experience, favoring total relaxation. The glass door, in addition to being aesthetically refined, allows to maintain a visual contact with the outside, avoiding the feeling of closure and making the environment more airy.

The benefits of the sauna are numerous and well known: exposure to dry heat favors the dilation of the blood vessels, improving circulation and helping to reduce muscle tension. It is a cure-all for relieving stress, as the heat stimulates the release of endorphins, the hormones of well-being, moreover, the sauna contributes to the detoxification of the body through sweating, helping to eliminate toxins and to purify the skin, leaving it softer and brighter. It is also a valid support for the immune system, as the heat can stimulate the natural defenses of the organism, and offers benefits for muscle recovery, ideal after a physical activity or an intense day.

This sauna, while occupying little space, represents a practical and of great value solution for those who want to bring the benefits of well-being directly at home, demonstrating that even in a contained environment it is possible to create a corner of high-quality relaxation, designed with care and attention to details.

The pool, with its minimalist design, is recessed into the floor and reflects the surrounding environment, amplifying the sense of space.

It is a heated indoor pool made with great craftsmanship care by our team in the internal gres laboratory. It is an elegant and modern basin, equipped with a hydromassage system thus allowing to completely regenerate thanks to the water jets that massage the body in a regenerating experience.

The covering of the pool has been entirely made in porcelain stoneware in large slabs, the same material used for the floor of the room, creating an effect of visual continuity that amplifies the harmony of the environment. The edges of the pool have been covered with gres tiles cut and worked in our laboratory at 45 degrees, a detail that demonstrates the precision and the attention to detail. This angular cut not only gives a clean and refined appearance to the edges, but also guarantees a safe and pleasant finish to the touch, eliminating sharp edges.

The bottom of the pool, also in porcelain stoneware, has a non-slip texture, ideal to guarantee safety even in a humid environment like this. Inside the basin, steps in gres have been made, designed to facilitate the access and the exit from the pool in a comfortable and safe way. Also these steps have been designed at 45 degrees, following a craftsmanship process that has enhanced the precision and the aesthetics, and then laid in a workmanlike manner to guarantee stability and durability.

Every element of the pool, from the covering of the edges to the bottom up to the steps, has been installed with the highest professionalism, respecting the highest standards of installation. The result is a pool that not only responds to the functional needs of heating and hydromassage, but integrates perfectly into the modern style of the room, becoming a real jewel of design and craftsmanship.

The Turkish bath has been designed to offer a complete sensory experience in a wellness environment. Made with a functional design it recreates an enveloping atmosphere of the interior, where the steam, the lighting and the technical details blend to create an oasis of tranquility.

Inside a seat has also been made, in the same material, for coherence and to exploit its technical characteristics: it is resistant to humidity and heat, easy to clean and gives a uniform and refined appearance to the environment. The seat has been designed with an ergonomics studied to welcome the body in a natural way, allowing to enjoy the benefits of the steam.
From here it is possible to exploit the benefits of the cervical cascade, a jet of water that descends directly on the neck and shoulder area, ideal to loosen the tensions accumulated in this area often subject to stress. Also in the seat, specific jets for the legs are installed, positioned strategically to massage the lower muscles, stimulate circulation and relieve the feeling of heaviness.

The steam, central element of the Turkish bath, descends delicately from the jets positioned above, creating a cloud of humid heat that envelops the body. This steam, at a controlled temperature, favors the dilation of the pores, helping to purify the skin and to eliminate toxins through sweating. The warm humidity is also beneficial for the respiratory tract, improving breathing and giving a feeling of lightness.

The experience is further enriched by the chromotherapy lighting, with small spotlights that change light tones, creating a suggestive atmosphere. Chromotherapy uses colors to influence mood and psychophysical well-being: the green, for example, is known for its calming and rebalancing effect, while other tones, such as blue or red, can stimulate relaxation or energy, depending on preferences.

To refresh oneself or regulate the body temperature, there is a round hand shower, whose design is coordinated with the taps of the environment, maintaining a coherent and modern aesthetics. This hand shower, with a circular shape, allows to get wet with a soft and controlled jet, completing the experience of the Turkish bath.

The third dark glass door of the room dedicated to well-being leads to a wellness shower, perfectly integrated with the other areas of the room.

Inside, the wellness shower stands out for its large ceiling shower head, which guarantees a wide and enveloping water jet, simulating the effect of a natural rain. This shower head is equipped with integrated chromotherapy lights, which change color to create a relaxing and customizable atmosphere. Chromotherapy, with tones such as blue for relaxation, green for balance or red for energy, amplifies the regenerating effect of the shower, positively influencing mood and psychophysical well-being.

The taps, chosen in stainless steel with a modern and resistant finish, are equipped with different controls that allow to precisely regulate the temperature of the water, the flow of the shower head, of the hand shower and of the kneipp tube. This versatility allows to customize the experience according to preferences, moving from a powerful and revitalizing jet to a more delicate and relaxing one. The hand shower, also in stainless steel, is a practical and functional element, perfect to rinse oneself accurately after a session in sauna, a Turkish bath or a dive in the pool.

A distinctive element of the shower is the kneipp tube, a system that alternates jets of hot and cold water, inspired by the Kneipp therapy, a practice that uses thermal contrasts to stimulate blood circulation and improve the well-being of the body. The benefits of the kneipp tube are multiple: the alternation of hot and cold helps to tone the blood vessels, reducing the feeling of heavy legs and favoring lymphatic drainage, useful against water retention. Moreover, this technique stimulates the immune system, improves the elasticity of the skin and gives a feeling of energy and lightness, making the shower not only a moment of cleaning, but also a real regenerating treatment.

The shower tray, flush with the floor, is covered with the same material porcelain stoneware that characterizes the entire room, creating an effect of aesthetic and functional continuity. This choice not only gives an elegant and minimalist appearance, but also facilitates access to the shower, eliminating barriers and making the space safer and more practical.

The first thing that strikes when entering the bathroom of the day area, also dedicated to guests, is the covering in large slabs of gres with green copper effect, a finish that gives the room a sophisticated and slightly industrial atmosphere, with shades that oscillate between dark green and oxidized copper, creating a play of lights and shadow that makes this small space very dynamic. This gres is not limited to the walls: it climbs boldly up to the ceiling, an unusual detail that amplifies the sense of verticality and gives a sense of continuity, almost as if the entire environment were sculpted in a single material block.

The freestanding washbasin with its slender silhouette has been chosen in matte black and stands as a modern sculpture, perfectly in harmony with the furnishings and accessories, all strictly matte black, which add a touch of discreet refinement.

Here a tap equally scenic descends directly from the ceiling, an element that does not go unnoticed: its vertical line, thin and elongated, further accentuates the height of the room, creating an effect of lightness and dynamism.

In a corner of the room, a niche accommodates the shower, an intimate and functional corner that makes the most of the available space. Also here, the gres with green copper effect covers every surface, creating an enveloping effect.

A round mirror with integrated lighting amplifies the perception of space and offers a soft light that enhances the tones of the gres.

The thermo-treated oak wood that covers the floor of this house is an element that combines aesthetics and sensoriality, transforming every step into a unique experience. The dark tones of the oak, obtained through the thermo-treatment process, give a chromatic depth that ranges from tones of dark chocolate to shades of charcoal, with natural veins that emerge giving a sober and timeless elegance. The material texture of the wood is particularly pronounced: the fibers of the oak, made more evident by the thermal treatment, create a surface that does not only have an important visual impact, it is also tactilely enveloping.

The clients have described the sensation of walking barefoot on this floor as a real massage to the feet: the slightly rough and irregular texture gently stimulates the sole of the foot, offering a contact with the material that is at the same time warm and natural, almost as if the wood caressed the skin at every step. This effect is not only pleasant, but also relaxing, making the floor an element that contributes to the daily well-being of the inhabitants of the house.
During the photo shoot we also tried this sensation, and it was a real pampering!

In this context, the double-flight staircase stands as an architectural element of great impact, with metal profiles painted in a dark tone that recalls the shades of the thermo-treated oak, and that constitute the structure of the staircase: thin and minimalist, these profiles give a modern and light appearance, almost as if the staircase floated in space. The cantilevered steps have been made in the same thermo-treated oak of the floor and each element is different with its material texture and the intense color, recalling the same tactile sensation of the floor and offering an aesthetic and sensorial continuity between the different levels of the house.

The combination of the warm wood and the cold metal creates a strong but refined contrast.

The bright pink of the cartoon has been taken up in other elements of the bathroom, but in a darker and more refined tone, a warm and enveloping burgundy, to create a chromatic file rouge that ties the environment. This color is found in the profiles of the shower box, which frame the decorative slab and in the tall cabinet, a functional element that offers space to store towels, hygiene products and other accessories.

Every detail of this bathroom has been designed to meet the needs of the little inhabitants of the house: the black tiles with metal effect with shading create a contemporary base, the large slab with the Pink Panther brings a smile every day!

The master bathroom, located in the couple’s bedroom, is a space that combines art, design and functionality, reflecting the bold and contemporary taste of the owners. The undisputed protagonist is a large slab in gres depicting a work by Bansky that portrays two children intent on observing a woman hidden behind the shower curtain. This slab has been laid in the upper part of the walk-in shower area, a spacious and barrier-free area that invites relaxation. The image, with its provocative style and the sharp contrast typical of the street artist, adds an element of strong visual impact: the two children, curious and innocent, seem almost to peer beyond the curtain, creating an atmosphere of mystery.

The strategic position of the slab allows a play of reflections that amplifies its presence: in front of the shower, on the opposite wall, a large mirrorreflects the image of Banksy, doubling its effect and creating a visual connection between the two areas of the bathroom. This mirror not only makes the space brighter and more airy, but transforms the painting into a dynamic element, that moves with the one who observes it, giving a perspective that is always new.

The floor and the walls of the bathroom are covered with sober and modern materials, a gres in neutral and dark tones, that leave the focus on the work of art and on the furnishings.

The mirror also goes to delineate the dimensions of the bathroom cabinet in ribbed wood, a furnishing that gives an organic warmth that balances the more industrial atmosphere of the decorated slab. It is a spacious element because it is designed to accommodate two integrated sinks, thus creating a double station that responds to the needs of the couple: a choice not only practical, that allows both to use the space at the same time, but that also underlines a sense of sharing and intimacy. The top of the cabinet with built-in basins is in light porcelain stoneware, with modern steel taps..

In this master bathroom, every element has been chosen with care to create an environment that is at the same time a personal refuge and a statement of style: the slab with the painting of Banksy brings art and provocation, the mirror amplifies the light and the space, and the cabinet in ribbed wood with double station adds warmth and functionality, making the space a perfect balance between aesthetics and practicality for the couple.

This wooden house with a modern style stands out for its clean and contemporary design, where you will have understood that every detail has been designed to combine aesthetics and functionality, and also for the external spaces we have had a particular attention, to make them become a natural extension of the dwelling.

The terrace and the roof pitches are covered with a wpc in a warm and honeyed tone, with golden reflections that capture the sunlight and give a sense of welcome and warmth. This material, which imitates the appearance of wood but with superior performance, is called WPC and rises from the floor of the terrace, where it offers a pleasant and uniform surface to walk on, up to cover the roof pitches, transforming itself into a ceiling that seems to embrace the space below. This fluid transition from the floor to the ceiling not only amplifies the perception of space, but gives a monolithic and harmonious appearance to the structure.

The terrace on the first floor is completely covered with the wpc, except for a large opening designed in the design phase to be covered by a very large net where to play or lie down and sunbathe, a sort of giant hammock that the girls are already using a lot. An inviting space for relaxation and conviviality, a perfect corner also to enjoy a sunset, with the roof pitches in wpc that protect the area below offering shade and shelter.

The wpc is an ideal choice for exteriors thanks to its numerous advantages. Composed of a combination of wood fibers and plastic polymers, this material is extremely resistant to atmospheric agents: it does not deform with humidity, it does not fade under UV rays and resists rain, snow and temperature changes, maintaining its original appearance over time without intensive maintenance. Moreover, it is anti-slip, a crucial aspect for a terrace where there could be humidity, guaranteeing safety even in the presence of the girls.

The choice to make the WPC rise from the floor of the terrace to the ceiling of the roof pitches is not only aesthetic, but also functional. This continuous covering creates a uniform barrier against the elements, protecting both the external floor and the upper structure from wear and humidity. Moreover, the WPC has insulating properties, contributing to maintain a more stable temperature in the covered area of the terrace, making it usable also in the hottest or coldest days. Visually, this solution gives a sense of cohesion and modernity: the vertical and horizontal lines of the WPC emphasize the geometry of the house, while the honeyed tone warms the whole, making the architecture more inviting and in harmony with the surrounding natural environment.

The texture of the gres with green copper effect perfectly matches the other materials laid outside, creating a harmonious dialogue between the different surfaces. The warm and honeyed WPC, used for the terrace and the roof pitches, brings a note of natural warmth with its golden tone that contrasts with the smoother and more metallic surface of the gres, but the two tones complement each other: the warm honey of the WPC balances the cold shades of the green copper, creating a visual balance that is at the same time modern and welcoming. The matte black roof tiles add a third element that completes the whole, defining the architectural lines of the house with a touch of rigor.

Together, the gres with green copper effect, the WPC and the black tiles create a chromatic and material palette that is coherent and balanced: the green copper brings an urban elegance, the WPC adds natural warmth, and the tiles give a touch of minimalist modernity. This mix of textures and colors not only enhances the aesthetics of the house, but also underlines its design coherence, making every detail, from the ventilated wall of the garage to the roof, part of a single vision of style and functionality.
