Renovation of a daytime bathroom in Locara di San Bonifacio: how it was before, the project, the works, and the final result

Nowadays, porcelain stoneware is a well-established and widely used material; it has secured a significant share of the flooring and wall-covering market for both private homes and public spaces. Its many qualities—such as impermeability, mechanical strength, resistance to thermal shock, hygiene, and resistance to chemical agents—have made it a particularly valued material.

Throughout history, wood flooring has always been an excellent building material. The use of wood as a floor covering dates back to ancient times. In more recent history, solid wood flooring has gradually given way to engineered (prefinished) wood flooring.
