Renovate the house to personalize the spaces

For the living area I recommended furnishings composed of light and suspended elements so as not to weigh down the TV wall area, designing a composition with drawers and open compartments that were mounted on a large panel covered in wood and backlit. 

On the side wall, intended to contain objects and books, closed and open vertical columns alternate, enhanced by elegant wood finishes and matte lacquers with   glass inserts.
Some details make these elements even more valuable: for example the groove milled into the thickness of the door and the 45° chamfer of the structural panels of the open compartments. 

Here we also took care of the choice of interior paints, selecting a wall to decorate with a color that would blend with the spirit of the room, a sage green that gives a pleasant feeling of relaxation.

The room dedicated to the kitchen and dining table was the most complex as it had limited space and a geometry that did not allow the furnishings to be arranged freely. 

We therefore decided, together with our clients, to invert the tall units with the peninsula compared to the original kitchen layout project that had been presented to me and to use the horizontal window as an outlet and focal point, creating in this area an additional worktop to the one already planned on the peninsula.
In this way we changed the point of view of those using the kitchen, making the experience more functional and convivial, without neglecting the advantage of greater visual spaciousness given by this layout choice.

For the finishes of the kitchen doors we opted for two very delicate and sober colors that would harmonize with the rest of the house, as this room is the core of the family's daily life. The choice of the beige shade was dictated by the corten finish slab of the gres kitchen countertop, which features warmer and more decisive tones to give energy and vitality to the environment.

Let's enter the room that we renamed "Bruce's room", which was the most debated, not so much for the aesthetic choices of colors and finishes, but for the meticulous organization and the need to store objects with very specific shapes (CDs, DVDs, books, magazines, trunks, box sets, paintings, miniatures, etc.).

This room, dedicated to our client and his great passion for music, and not only, had to accommodate the enormous quantity of collectible items, therefore we used all the available walls to install closed and low storage units, a type of furniture that allowed us to take advantage of large support surfaces and some square meters of wall in the upper part to hang paintings and gadgets.
To avoid making the environment too full and oppressive, we also worked with light wall units finished with aluminum and smoked glass doors with internal lighting.

The choice of paints here has a very specific theme: the American flag with white, red, and blue stars and stripes that decorates the backlit false ceiling to give a unique and original character.

This room exudes and perfectly embodies V.'s enormous passion for his idol Bruce Springsteen!

The master bedroom has an essential style and soft colors to promote sleep and create a relaxing atmosphere. 

The large wall-to-wall wardrobe with sliding doors responds to the need to store personal belongings and contain everything necessary; the light bed with a suspended effect is surrounded by a wall painted in a desaturated blue that envelops and comforts the homeowners. 

The lighting with carefully designed and calibrated LED strips highlights this arc of color that surrounds the place of rest.

This tavern environment had more functional needs than aesthetic ones, therefore, we tried to work with many wardrobes to facilitate seasonal changes and some furnishings that could decorate the area used for console and TV.

Being a space that will be used only by the couple, we kept a close eye on the budget, sacrificing some construction details to optimize costs while still not neglecting robustness and the compatibility of the furnishings.
