Who is Ilaria?

Ilaria, born in Arzignano on 15 August 1992, after finishing art school she continued her creative wave by studying interior design at the Academy of Fine Arts, Design course in Verona. She arrived to work alongside Chiara Pellizzari and quickly grew within the company, becoming a consultant and individual designer specialising in turnkey bathroom solutions. Today, she is also responsible for designing all the interiors of the house together with her colleagues at Costo di Arzignano!

She is talented, kind, helpful and always smiling. Ilaria immediately creates a feeling with the people she meets and offers her clients tailor-made solutions that meet their needs and tastes, but always with creative and personal touches.

Gathered together in a single room, the women's group lives their work by sharing ideas and problems with each other, so as to be able to give the customer the best possible solution. Cheerful and outgoing, Ilaria loves contact with the public and the design phases: "I like to help clients put together colours, materials and furnishings and then build their render. The first appointments are the most exciting for me, because I get to meet new people and potentially face new challenges". Each client will find time to get to know each other and from there design together the perfect house to suit the individual, context and needs!

Realisation: the moment of truth

Once the meetings are over, the projects are stable and the building site is closed, the house comes to life from paper and becomes a concrete reality. This is a moment of confrontation: is the client satisfied? Is it as he imagined it would be? Is there anything I can improve on? For every designer, this is a moment of pleasure: seeing an idea come to life, out of nowhere, is almost like magic. But it is also a moment of reflection on one's own work. Ilaria, like her colleagues, is always trying to improve herself, to improve her approach to people, to her projects, to refine her style, her ability to combine and choose materials.

So, when she sees a completed project, she can't help but get excited at the idea that the family who entrusted her with the house can experience their own renewed space. Then it's off again, towards new projects and new challenges that put her creativity to the test.
