irene, born in Arzignano (Vicenza) and now living in Roncà (Verona), has a past as an administrative employee, experience that has served her well at Fratelli Pellizzari.
She has been part of our team for 18 years and today she is in charge of the hydraulic after-sales service, and is a pillar of the hydraulic office that she shares with Diego and Stefano. What this means for you is that you have a veteran who can quickly resolve any problems, get the service centres involved and get spare parts.

If you are a Pellizzari customer, you can contact Irene for any problem with your plumbing products, either immediately or years after purchase. Irene has the right character to solve problems: she doesn't give up until she gets to the bottom of things. Her phrase is: "I'll take care of it" or "Consider it solved".
That is why we have given her this important task.
We know, in fact, that problems can arise and that if they are resolved well and effectively they can also lead to a positive opinion of the customer who thinks: 'OK, there was a problem but I got it resolved'. But if they are not solved promptly they turn into negative publicity.
She is as valuable to our company as the task we have entrusted to her (even more so).

Fortunately, there are not so many problems with our products, so Irene can spend a good part of her time on another important job: ordering and getting plumbing products on time.
