1° "Excellent quality/price ratio of tiles and bathroom furniture"
This is the main reason given by customers who have bought tiles or bathroom furniture in our shop.
It sounds a bit vague, but some customers - in their reviews - have specified it better:
But let's admit that we don't have 'first price' or 'covert' products.
Yes, we do not have the 299 euro air conditioner or the 16 euro mixer tap, and someone complained about this.
One customer commented in the survey "I had to make a second home and I wanted to spend less".
Well, if you're looking for first-price items and you don't necessarily care if they're Italian, you'll find more suitable products in the big French chains Bricoman, Leroy Merlin (and others like them), which are better at this than we are.
Although not everyone agrees:
We put a lot of effort into selecting and displaying ITALIAN flooring and bathroom items in our shop. We guarantee their quality and we also try to sell a lot of them, so that we can get a good price and give you a great price on sale.
2° "Pellizzari interior designers: friendly and professional!"
The second reason most "voted" by our customers, when we asked them "why did you buy from us?" was "the professionalism of the interior designers".
Some of them even wrote in their reviews saying that the interior designers in our shop are good, especially in designing bathrooms and bathroom furniture.
Ingrid, one for all, says:
But no matter how hard we try, believe us, we are not perfect. We are human beings and we make mistakes.
So we try to share them: we meet every week, on Thursdays just after lunch.
We all sit around a table - we look like a group of alcoholics anonymous - and share the mistakes, the problems, the misunderstandings, the little shenanigans that happen to us.
It's a way of turning the unexpected into a shared experience, of overcoming mistakes and getting our smiles back.

Another plus (sometimes a minus) is that we are not 'commercial old farts'. Customers have written to us that we have taken care of their homes with expertise in the flooring and bathroom sector and with passion.
But let's come to our shortcomings: some customers complained precisely because we are not 'old-fashioned' salespeople. In particular, two non-customers (i.e. who did not buy) replied to our e-mail request in more or less the same way, complaining that we did not get back to them after delivering the quote:
Reading these answers is a blow to the heart, but the two customers are right. This is a mistake. And we apologise to them.
It is not a lack of interest, but rather an embarrassment at having to call you and ask "so what? Are you buying or not? Do you confirm the quote?".
And often, unfortunately, we don't do this by waiting for you to call us or return to our shop. But, believe us, it's not a lack of interest!
3° "Your bathroom designs are the best"
In third place among our customers' answers is: "we liked the design".
We put a lot of effort into this, and if you take a look at our website you'll see all kinds of projects.
Of course, our shop specialises in bathrooms, so you'll find lots of bathroom projects, but also flooring, bathroom furniture, lighting, painting, plasterboard, curtains... we always try to have an overall view of the environment and the house.
We have not received any criticism on this subject at the moment.
4° "We trust your tile layers"
Our tile layers and installers are local and selected and this is important to many customers.
In fact, the fourth reason customers choose us is that they trust us to install their floors and bathrooms.
Like for example Sonia who writes:
Among the reasons for non-purchase, we report two: one customer who did not buy because
►"I found a screed installer who was cheaper" and another customer who said
►"The screed was too expensive".
We know we can't be the cheapest in the world.
We try to work well, with tile layers and bathroom installers who are legal, who pay their taxes, who take refresher courses and who are well equipped. We are aware that there are other craftsmen who are cheaper or who can save you VAT, but we don't want you to run these risks and we want to be able to give you a guarantee over time.
If you don't find these aspects interesting, you will certainly find installers who cost less, but are you sure you are making the right choice? We should all try to work with people who pay their taxes, respect their employees and have a certain ethics and structure that can guarantee the work over time.
5° "We wanted to be sure of assistance during the works"
Some people appreciated the fact that we provide two technicians to monitor the site. Their task is not to manage the site (there is a site manager for that) but to supervise the correct work of our installers and fitters.
This is usually appreciated even more at the end of the job than at the beginning:
Some people even mention this in their reviews and thank us. But we have also received some criticism, for example that they are a bit 'rough' in their answers: we apologise for that.
They are technicians, who are used to being direct, straightforward and sincere. We promise we will try to soften them up (not easy though...).
6° "Bathroom specialist shops, big and with lots of choice"
The size of our two shops dedicated to bathroom and flooring has positively influenced some customers who have chosen us for the range of products on display. In this case it is above all the Gambellara shop that is mentioned for its size (over 2,000 square metres).
50 bathroom settings and more than 400 types of flooring and just as many wall coverings also have a downside, however: someone wrote to us that they had problems with too many materials.
One customer in particular wrote: "TOO MUCH CHOICE", but bought anyway :)
7° "10-year guarantee on work"
Many customers have ticked the box "10-year guarantee on work".
Ten (10) years is not a few years and if we guarantee a job for 10 years, that means we are sure it will last at least three times as long.
We were a bit surprised that this was rated so low that it was only in 6th place.
We thought that customers valued the work guarantee very highly, and also took into account WHO gives them this guarantee, in other words, that they entrusted the work on the basis of the company's seriousness and ability to respond to unforeseen events, as Maja writes:
8° "Pellizzari only has products made in Italy"
This used to be much more appreciated. Today we are used to buying products of Asian origin in clothing as well as in many other fields.
But in the world of design, the aesthetic quality and beauty of Made in Italy products are unsurpassed. Not to mention the technical quality of the products, environmental care, ethics with employees and much more.
Then let's not be surprised if:
This parquet, which is certainly cheap, had not been dealt with.
We are convinced that the easy money of many who resell Asian products conceals problems that are inevitable in the long term.
A tile that costs 5 euros per square metre cannot be a bargain!
Would you drink a wine that costs €1.50 a bottle?
If you just try to think of the costs of packaging, transport, storage of the product in warehouses... how can it be that there are tiles whose cost is so low? Well, some answers can be found, even on the internet:
9° "We have known you for many years"
Today, having 50 years of experience in a sector is not necessarily a factor in the coiche. On the contrary, it sometimes conveys a sense of seniority.
If that is your concern, don't worry: we assure you that we are young at heart and that we put super-passion into our work: it is recognised that our floor and bathroom designs are setting trends in the industry.
10° "Pellizzari is green"
Few people care, or even know, but for us it is important: we are a clean company.
The electricity we consume is obtained from the sun thanks to two photovoltaic plants in Costo di Arzignano and Gambellara. Every year we plant 200 plants certified by the Veneto region forest nursery.
11° "I bought because you designed my whole house"
Few people have marked this sentence. But it is understandable: the service of our "Atelier Casa Pellizzari team" cannot be dedicated to every customer.
12° "I bought for your financing"
Not many customers have chosen us for this, but we can also support you in financing your renovation. We have been chosen by Unicredit - which also testifies to our financial solidity and good reputation for quality - to be able to finance your purchases with us at an affordable rate, quickly and without charges.
